Players control Titeuf across eight-directional environments such as schools and playgrounds, pulling pranks on people around him. In Challenge mode, Titeuf collects items like bananas, firecrackers, exploding cans, and toy cars to throw at targets while monitoring their three-stage alert system (blue, yellow, and red). If spotted, Titeuf must sprint away until pursuers tire out and return to a calm state.
Completing stage objectives—such as pulling off a set number of gags, collecting specific items, or surviving for a set duration—unlocks the level exit and grades performance based on time. The game also features a practice mode with unlimited lives, no time limit, and immediate access to all items, along with an object-based password system to save progress.
