Game Overview
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Melee is an action-packed 3D fighting game based on the popular 2003 animated series. Unlike previous TMNT titles based on the series, Mutant Melee focuses on competitive, arena-based combat for up to four players, drawing comparisons to classics like Power Stone.
Game Modes
Adventure Mode (Single-Player)
Embark on a solo journey guiding one of ten unique characters (including six unlockables) through a challenging series of 100 bouts. These encounters will test your skills as you battle enemies or strategically dodge bombs within a time limit. Successfully completing these missions unlocks additional characters, bonus content, and new stages for the Melee mode.
Melee Mode (Multiplayer)
Dive into the heart of the action with the multiplayer Melee mode! Choose from ten basic and twelve unlockable characters to battle across nine basic and fifteen unlockable stages. This mode offers four exciting game types inspired by popular first-person shooter mechanics:
- Knock-out: A deathmatch-style mode where the objective is to score the most KOs. Players respawn after being knocked out.
- Last Man Standing: The ultimate test of survival – be the last turtle (or villain) standing after all others are KOed.
- King of the Hill: Secure and defend a designated glowing patch of ground from your opponents to reign supreme.
- Keep Away: Grab the treasure chest and hold onto it for as long as possible while fending off other players trying to snatch it from you.
