Legend of Kay for PlayStation 2 is a 3D action-adventure platformer set on the mythical island of Yenching. This listing is for the game disc only.
The peaceful island of Yenching has been invaded by the gorilla ruler Shun and his alliance of rats. After martial arts schools are shut down in Kay's village, the young feline apprentice sets out with a stolen sword to protect his home and free the island's inhabitants.
Players guide Kay through platforming stages, environmental puzzles, and martial arts combat. Kay wields different weapons, including swords, claws, and hammers, chaining combo attacks against groups of enemies while riding animals such as wild boars, wolves, and dragons across special sections.
