Over The Hedge for the PlayStation 2 is an action-adventure platformer based on the animated film. This offer includes the game disc only.
Set after the events of the movie, the story follows RJ the raccoon, Verne the turtle, Hammy the squirrel, and Stella the skunk as they venture into a suburban neighborhood to gather food and items for their woodland home. Players control a pair of characters at any time, switching between them or playing cooperatively with a second player to solve puzzles, disable security laser grids, and fend off brainwashed animals and the exterminator Dwayne LaFontant. Alongside the main missions, the game features unlockable mini-games such as golf Cart Derby and suburban obstacle courses.
