Lumines Plus for PlayStation 2 is a rhythm-based block puzzle game combining falling-block strategy with dynamic music and visual themes. This listing includes the game disc only.
Players rotate and drop two-by-two blocks made of two different colours onto the playfield to form matching two-by-two squares of a single colour. A vertical Time Line sweeps across the screen in sync with the background music track, clearing completed squares and tallying points. As the score increases, the game transitions through different skins that change the music tempo, sound effects, and visual backgrounds. Lumines Plus features single-player challenge and time attack modes, puzzle challenges, and two-player competitive battles.
