Patapon 3 for the PlayStation Portable (PSP) blends rhythm-based action with role-playing elements. This PAL Essentials edition is tested and fully functional.
After the Patapon tribe accidentally opens a mysterious box, seven evil spirits are unleashed, turning all the warriors except their standard-bearer into stone. Saved by the spirit Silver Hoshipon, you are fused with the Almighty to become a masked Superhero who leads a small band of resurrected warriors against the dark forces.
Players issue commands to their squad by hitting four drumbeats in steady four-beat rhythms to march, attack, and defend. Unlike earlier entries that focused on large armies, Patapon 3 centres on a four-unit party with deep RPG customization, allowing you to unlock diverse character classes, upgrade weapons, and develop specific hero skills across single-player and multiplayer stages.
