Story:

Gameplay:

- Heal poisoned areas and defeat Mojas by hitting them with the LocoRoco
- Collect musical notes to earn bonus help
Loco Rider Mode:
- Play a wireless mini-game with up to 4 players
- Shrink your opponents' LocoRoco to push them into thorns
