Jak X is a vehicular combat racing game released for the PlayStation 2 in 2005. This listing is for the game disc only.
After saving Haven City once again, Jak and Daxter are poisoned during the reading of Krew's will. To win the antidote and survive, they are forced to compete in the Kras City Grand Championship on the international car-racing circuit.
Players choose from over a dozen customizable vehicles with distinct handling characteristics and compete across 20 tracks and eight terrain arenas. Races combine high-speed driving with combat power-ups such as projectile weapons, mines, shields, turbo boosts, and smart bombs. In addition to the single-player campaign, the game supports two-player offline split-screen multiplayer. Please note that the original online servers for the game have been closed.
