Tourist Trophy: The Real Riding Simulator for PlayStation 2 is a realistic motorcycle racing simulation featuring around 120 licensed motorcycles and 30 tracks.
The simulation focuses on motorcycle handling, including braking, positioning, throttle control, and side-to-side rider lean through corners. Arcade mode offers time trials, quick races against AI opponents, and split-screen multiplayer. In the main Tourist Trophy mode, players complete license tests to unlock challenges and races, earning new motorcycles by winning events rather than using in-game currency.
Motorcycles can be tuned by adjusting tire compounds, brakes, suspension, gear ratios, and exhausts. Riders can wear licensed gear and customize their riding posture, which directly affects cornering performance. The game also includes a photo mode that allows saving images to a USB flash drive or printing them directly via a compatible PlayStation 2 printer.
