This time, Tony survives the assault on his mansion, but his empire lies in ruins. It's up to you to help Tony reclaim Miami, one deal, one turf war, and one exotic purchase at a time.

Gameplay - Rebuild Your Criminal Enterprise:

• Reclaim Miami: Your primary goal is to earn money and respect to rebuild Tony's fallen empire and regain control of the city.
• Drug Dealing Empire: Start by buying small amounts of drugs and selling them personally to dealers. As you progress, set up "Fronts" – legitimate businesses like car dealerships – to move large quantities of product and increase your control over Miami's districts.
• Territory Control: Eliminate rival gangs scattered throughout each district to fully overtake parts of the town.
• Money Laundering & Exotics: After successful deals, launder your dirty money at the bank. Use your clean cash to purchase "exotics" for your mansion, like expensive vases or new cars with drivers, boosting your status.
• Negotiation Mini-Games: Engage in mini-games when talking with dealers or trying to reduce cop heat. Success determines your profits or how much heat you lose.
• Earn "Balls": Gain respect and fill your "ball-meter" by winning fights, making strategic hits (different target zones yield varying "balls"), and performing daring stunts while driving (e.g., driving on the wrong side, near misses).
• God Mode: Once your "ball-meter" is full, unleash Tony's rage in a temporary god mode, granting invulnerability, unlimited ammo, and health regeneration with each kill.
• Open World Miami: Freely roam the iconic city of Miami, reminiscent of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and discover side-missions, including racing events.
