Story:

As a miniaturized surgeon, Rex, you enter the body of a tobacco salesman to combat health issues caused by smoking. Big Tobacco, fearing a whistleblowing revelation, sends nanobots to stop you, adding another layer of challenge to your mission.

Gameplay:

The game combines 2D platforming shooter elements with 1st-person sequences. Navigate through well-rendered environments like The Mouth, Heart, Lungs, and Brain. Clean up goo, survive robot attacks with sometimes-poor collision detection, and answer smoking-related health questions to defuse mines. Pilot a vessel through bronchial tubes and blood vessels in fast-paced inter-level segments.
